The Fairfield County Delinquent Tax Collector’s main function is the collection of delinquent taxes. Those taxes include Real Estate (Land, Buildings, Mobile Homes, etc.), Personal Property (Boats, Motors, etc.) Merchants Inventory. The office also files Bankruptcy claims and assist the public by answering routine questions and assist by giving directions.
